Digi Spain Telecom Prices IPO at EUR5.60 Per Share

12:16 AM EDT, 07/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Digi Spain Telecom on Tuesday priced its initial public offering at 5.60 euros per share and is expected to list on the Spanish Stock Exchanges on Thursday after raising 287 million euros. The offering comprises a primary tranche of 150 million euros for 26.8 million new offer shares, and a secondary tranche of 137 million euros for 24.5 million existing offer shares. Spanish investor Global Portfolio Investments signed a binding commitment to invest 100 million euros. The company is the Spanish subsidiary of Digi Group, which is headed by Romania-listed telecommunications company Digi Communications. Digi Group will retain an 80% stake and remain in control of the company following the IPO. The net proceeds from the primary tranche, expected to be 134 million euros, are earmarked for boosting the rollout of Digi Spain's fiber and mobile network.
