On July 15, Asmack announced that Intel Foundry has mass-produced some Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors using Asmack's high numerical aperture extreme ultraviolet lithography technology on the Intel 18A process node, becoming the first company in the world to achieve high production shipments of High NA EUV logic chips. The two sides stated that part of the Intel 18A process layer has completed High NA EUV dual certification, the product yield has reached the level of the existing NXE EUV platform, and they will continue to promote the application of this technology in future process nodes.
