01:59 AM EDT, 07/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Forsee Power (FORSE.PA) said Wednesday it is in discussions to raise 20 million euros through an investment offer from Asian private equity fund FCAP Investors. Under the offer, the smart battery systems manufacturer will launch a capital increase with the support of FCAP and other existing investors, Bpifrance Investissement, Eurazeo (RF.PA) and Noria. Subject to necessary approvals, the investment will be carried out through a dedicated Singapore-based company at 0.25 euro per share. Forsee said the talks also contemplate Mitsui & Co.'s sale of its entire shareholding in the company to FCAP, Eurazeo and Noria. The discussions are part of efforts to fortify Forsee's financial structure in support of its RePower27 strategy. Upon completion of the contemplated transactions, FCAP will become the largest shareholder of the company with less than a 30% stake.
