Barratt Redrow Launches GBP386 Million Share Buyback Program

02:55 AM EDT, 07/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Barratt Redrow (BTRW.L) said Wednesday it is immediately launching a share buyback program of up to 386 million pounds sterling. The British housebuilder is implementing the program to reduce its share capital. The scheme will be executed under authorization to repurchase up to 124,682,612 shares and will run until July 2, 2027. The first tranche of up to 190 million pounds will be carried out until Dec. 31, with Barclays Bank tapped as manager. The company said it will cancel all shares acquired under the program.
