Segro Signs Three Lease Deals at UK's Segro Park Coventry

03:19 AM EDT, 07/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Segro (SGRO.L) signed three leases totaling 540,000 square feet at its under-development industrial and logistics property, Segro Park Coventry, in the UK. The warehouse real estate company said Wednesday it will develop a 91,000-square-foot warehouse for Volvo Group UK, which is expected to be completed in early 2027. Dirks Consumer Logistics will lease 306,000 square feet in a pre-leased warehouse facility, which will be completed in the first half of 2027. Further, Segro leased an entire 140,500-square-foot speculatively developed unit at the property to GigaCloud Technology.
