(“Lanke Hi-Tech”) through an agreement transfer and became a shareholder of Lanke Hi-Tech Holdings, which helped the company enhance its level of scientific and technological innovation, enhance the company's comprehensive strength in the fields of energy and electricity, new energy storage, etc., and achieve strong chain repair.
