The board of directors believes that the expected strong growth in AI application business revenue is mainly due to the continued implementation of the Group's “full-stack token factory” strategy, stable operation of AI employees 7×24 hours, accelerated penetration of the scenario token billing model into smart products such as GEO, foreign trade, business analysis, etc., and the customer's willingness to pay and average consumption continued to increase; after the release of core products such as AI Agentforce Smart Platform 3.0, KnowForce AI Knowledge Center, and GenAI OS since the first quarter of 2026, the product matrix has further advanced Improvement drives simultaneous growth in the number of customers and customer unit prices; and the customer revenue retention rate remains high, and the increase in purchases from old customers and the expansion of new customers are progressing simultaneously, and the AI application business has entered the stage of large-scale expansion.
The strong increase in profits due to the expected parent company owners is mainly due to the continued increase in the share of high-margin AI application business revenue, and the share of multiple fee models represented by scenario tokens is gradually expanding. As ontology mapping is optimized, vertical model iteration, and application effects are improved, the pricing space for Scenario Token is further opened up, driving continuous improvement in the overall gross profit level of the AI application business; and within the Group, through its own AI application products, the ratio of sales expenses to revenue and management expenses to revenue was further optimized compared to the same period last year.
