ST Longda (002726.SZ) signed a debt compensation agreement of 363 million yuan for “Longda Bonds Transfer” payments

According to Zhitong Finance App, ST Longda (002726.SZ) announced that the company signed a “Debt Compensation and Claim Confirmation Agreement” with Laiyang Hengji Engineering Co., Ltd. on July 15, 2026. Laiyang Hengji Engineering Co., Ltd. provided the company with a loan of 363 million yuan. The loan was only used to pay principal and interest payments due to “Longda Convertible Bonds”. After payment was completed, Laiyang Hengji Engineering Co., Ltd. formed an equal amount (363 million yuan) of ordinary compensation claims against the company according to law.

If the funds are later raised in accordance with the agreement, the “Longda Convertible Bonds” payment registration date is July 16, 2026, the date of disbursement of maturing funds is July 17, 2026, and the bondholders will be paid on July 17, 2026.
