The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Gaofeng Group Holdings (02863) changed positions on July 15, with a total market value of HK$35.2 million, accounting for 5.8%. The company's shareholders deposited 40 million shares into Asteran Capital Management, increasing their shareholding ratio by 5.8%.

The interim results of Gaofeng Group Holdings for the six months ended March 31, 2026 showed revenue of approximately HK$203.5 million, a year-on-year decrease of 23.6%; loss attributable to the owners of the company was HK$1,524 million, which changed profit to loss; and a loss of HK0.2 cents per share. According to the announcement, the decline in revenue was due to the fact that the new project is still in its early stages, and sales have not been confirmed during this period.
