The couple bought this property for 360 million won in 1998 and have been living there until they moved into the presidential residence. In February of this year, Lee Jae-myung listed the house for sale. The listing price was reported to be 2.9 billion won, which is about 10% lower than the price of similar condominiums in the surrounding area.
