Nuochengjianhua announced that the next-generation highly selective oral TYK2 inhibitor soficitinib independently developed by the company successfully reached the main end point and achieved positive top-line results in phase II/III adaptive clinical studies to treat patients with non-segmental vitiligo. At week 24, the facial vitiligo area score index for the 80 mg dose group and 120 mg dose group decreased by 38.8% and 41.2%, respectively, from the baseline, and 2.2% in the placebo group. The differences between the two groups and the placebo group were statistically significant. The treatment was well tolerated, and no new safety signals were found. The company plans to communicate with regulators to continue its clinical development. This test has no significant impact on current results for the time being.
