According to Zhitong Finance App, China Digital Intelligence Technology (01796) issued an announcement. On July 16, 2026, the Company received a notice of default from a bondholder involving the issuance of a bond with a principal amount of HK$5 million by the Company on April 24, 2025 (this bond). The notice indicates that the Company failed to pay all of the interest on the bond at maturity, which constitutes a violation of the Company's liability and default under documents relating to the bond.
