On July 17, the State Internet Information Office of China, together with relevant parties, proposed the “Global Cooperation Initiative for Mutual Trust and Interoperability of Intelligent Devices” at the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference and High-Level Conference on Artificial Intelligence Global Governance. It is hoped to forge consensus among all parties and work with global partners to build an open, trustworthy, safe and inclusive smart ecosystem. We support the formulation of open, non-discriminatory, and transparent international standards for interoperability of agents based on the universal participation of all countries, and promote compatibility and mutual recognition of interfaces, interconnection agreements, semantics, and process layers. Establish an open standard verification and iterative mechanism to avoid technical barriers and ecological fragmentation, and promote seamless access of different agents to global collaboration networks.
