Tianshili (600535.SH): Clinical trial approved for extended time window for injectable recombinant human urokinazogen acute ischemic stroke indications

Zhitong Finance App News, Tianshili (600535.SH) issued an announcement. Recently, Tianshili Biomedical Co., Ltd. (“Tianshili Biotech”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, received approval from the State Drug Administration to issue a “Drug Clinical Trial Notice” for injectable recombinant human urokinase (Puyouke), a bioinnovative drug with independent intellectual property rights, and was approved to carry out clinical trials for patients with acute ischemic stroke for 4.5 to 24 hours.

Puyouke is a class 1 bioinnovative drug supported by the country's “Major New Drug Creation” science and technology project. The drug has been approved for marketing for acute ST stage elevation myocardial infarction and acute ischemic stroke. Among them, the original target group for acute ischemic stroke was patients within 4.5 hours of onset.
