(“Zhonghuan Leading”) intend to invest in the construction of the “Shenzhen Project for Large Semiconductors for Integrated Circuits” using Shenzhen Zhonghuan Leading Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. (“Project Company”) as the main focus of Zhonghuan's leading subsidiary, Shenzhen Zhonghuan Leading Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. (“Project Company”). The total investment of the project is estimated to be about 11.96 billion yuan, of which it is proposed to use its own funds to fund the registered capital of no more than 40% of the total investment amount. The difference between the total investment of the project and the actual investment of its own capital will be settled through legally compliant methods such as equity financing by the project company and loans from the project company to the syndicate.
