The PACE 3 optical chip completed streaming in June. After completing packaging and system integration with the electronic chip, it can be applied to large model inference scenarios with high throughput and low latency. In addition, during the WAIC, Xizhi Technology showcased the world's first integrated optoelectronic hybrid computing box Tianhu·Optical Cube based on the commercialized optoelectronic hybrid computing accelerator PACE 2 product. In the field of NPO, Xizhi Technology's self-developed NPO near-package optical chip has completed full-link verification and has fully entered the large-scale commercial stage. During the conference, cooperation plans formed by Xizhi Technology and switching chip and GPU manufacturers including Kiryu Technology, Fenghuo Communications, Suiyuan Technology, and Bizao Technology were exhibited.
