At the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference “Foundation Big Model Architecture Innovation and Ecological Cooperation Forum”, Guoxing Aerospace and Shangtang Technology announced the joint construction of the Shangtang Computing Constellation. The scale of the constellation will reach tens of thousands of P to build a new generation of global AI infrastructure. The two sides will promote the construction of integrated AI infrastructure between heaven and earth in stages according to the development path of “single star verification - platform construction - constellation networking”. It is planned that within 2026, the “Shangtang” computing power satellite will complete the initial networking. In 2028, it is planned to build the Star-Earth hybrid cloud commercial computing backbone network; by 2030, the two sides will build the “Shangtang Space Computing Constellation” composed of 1,000-class computing satellites with a total computing power exceeding 10,000 P to form a spatial intelligent computing network covering the world to achieve deep integration of terrestrial intelligence centers, in-orbit computing power constellations and application scenarios.
