According to data from the Hong Kong Real Estate Research Department's Comprehensive Land Registry, the 30 private housing estates selected by the Bank in Tseung Kwan O have recorded 96 registrations so far this month (as of the 16th), a decrease of about 37.3% from 153 in the same period last month; if calculated on the current registration schedule, The total number of cases in July is expected to drop below 200.

As for the 30 private housing estates in Tseung Kwan O District so far this month, 17 housing estates recorded a month-on-month decline in second-hand housing registrations, 9 housing estates recorded an increase, and 4 housing estates remained flat. Of the 3 housing estates with the highest decline in registration volume by month, Weijing Bayside and Metropolis Station each recorded 2 registrations. Among them, Weijing Bay Side decreased by 9 cases compared to 11 cases in the same period last month, and Metropolis Station recorded 8 fewer than 10 cases in the same period last month; 1 registration in Boseong recorded a decrease of 8 cases compared to 9 cases in the same period last month.

Among the 3 housing estates with the highest increase in registrations in the same period of the month, Jinhai II has recorded 4 registrations so far this month, breaking the “zero registration” in the same period last month; the Clear Water Bay Peninsula and Jinhai each recorded 5 registrations, which is also an increase of 3 cases compared to 2 in the same period last month.

In terms of second-hand housing registrations from 30 private housing estates in the Tseung Kwan O district so far this month, Tianjin topped the list with 10 registrations, 6 fewer than 16 in the same period last month; Tseung Kwan O Centre ranked second with 8 registrations, an increase of 2 cases over the same period last month; Metropolis City and Junying each followed with 7 second-hand housing registrations. Among them, Metropolis City decreased by 4 from 11 in the same period last month. Junying remained flat for the same period of the month.
