On July 18, during the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, the China SME International Cooperation Association Space Computing Service Professional Committee, initiated by the SME Development Promotion Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, was formally established. As the first national industrial collaboration platform in China focusing on space computing and serving the vast number of small and medium-sized enterprises, the special committee will build an integrated industrial docking carrier to help small and medium-sized enterprises penetrate the entire satellite and terrestrial computing power industry chain and promote the high-quality development of China's aerospace information industry. As the executive director unit of the special committee, Dongfang Tianshan cooperates with more than 40 upstream and downstream players in the industrial chain to jointly build an industrial hub with deep integration of industry, education, research and use.
