WISeKey International Unit Files Form F-4 Registration Statement for Redomiciliation

04:16 AM EDT, 07/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- WISeKey International's (WIHN.SW) WISeKey International Corp. unit filed a Form F-4 registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on July 16, according to a July 17 release. The Swiss security and encryption services company said Sunday that the application is related to WISeKey International Corp.'s redomiciliation, as well as its merger with the company. The merger, which will see WISeKey International Corp. as the surviving entity, is subject to requirements such as regulatory and shareholder approvals.
