The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on July 17, there was a change in positions from Yu Zhinong (00875), with a total market value of HK$19.514,600, accounting for 5.27%. The company's shareholders transferred 366.64 million shares to Tiger Securities Hong Kong Global and 36.64 million shares from Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong).

Since Yu Zhinong issued an announcement, all the conditions set out in the placement agreement have been fulfilled, and the completion (completion) of the placement was confirmed on June 24, 2026. The placement agent has successfully placed a total of 153 million shares at the placement price of HK$0.45 per share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement to no less than six undertakers, which is equivalent to approximately 21.9% of the company's issued share capital after the completion of the allocation and expansion of the placement shares.
