The company's shareholders transferred 288.38 million shares to Zhongda Securities Investment and 147.462 million shares from Futu Securities International Hong Kong.

Earlier, Weixun Holdings announced that all conditions contained in the placement agreement had been met before the final deadline, and the placement was completed (completed) on June 2, 2026. A total of 39.9776 million placed shares (equivalent to approximately 16.67% of the Company's issued share capital expanded by allocating and issuing all placed shares immediately after completion) have been successfully placed to no less than six undertakers at the placement price of HK$0.67 per share in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement.
