High-value-added products such as chemical preparations and biological products account for nearly 20%. The export structure is shifting rapidly from mainly APIs to pharmaceutical products with high added value. Furthermore, digital intelligence technology and green technology are empowering the pharmaceutical industry to accelerate transformation and upgrading. Comprehensively collaborate to promote the digital and intelligent transformation of the pharmaceutical industry, cultivate smart pharmaceutical factories in a gradient, support 21 pharmaceutical industry enterprises to build excellent smart factories, accelerate the green and low-carbon transformation of the pharmaceutical industry, and cultivate more than 300 green factories.
