Aixia's Independent Bid Committee Recommends Acceptance of White Pearl Offer

01:39 AM EDT, 07/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- IT company Aixia Group's (AIXIA-B.ST) independent bid committee unanimously recommended that shareholders accept the takeover offer from White Pearl Technology Group (WPTG-B.ST). The recommendation came after the committee received a fairness opinion from Forvis Mazars, an independent valuation institute, according to a July 17 release. Forvis Mazars concluded that the offer is fair for the target company's shareholders from a financial perspective. Under the offer announced on June 1, Aixia shareholders will receive 5.33 new class B White Pearl Technology shares and 10 kronor in cash for each share held.
