Nine departments including the Ministry of Commerce issued a notice on issuing “Certain Policies and Measures to Promote the High-Quality Development of the Domestic Service Industry”. It points out that domestic service enterprises should be guided to participate in the construction of a long-term care service system. Support eligible domestic service companies to provide long-term care insurance home services. Domestic service workers are encouraged to actively participate in vocational training and vocational skill rating certification for long-term caregivers.
