(hereinafter referred to as “Shanghai Pharmaceutical” or the “Company”), a subsidiary of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Group Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Shanghai Pharmaceutical” or the “Company”), received the “Drug Clinical Trial Approval Notice” approved and issued by the China Drug Administration (hereinafter referred to as the “State Drug Administration”).

Clean Nourish Granules are developed by changing the process and dosage form on the basis of the in-hospital preparation Qingyun Nourishing Oral Liquid at the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The project was developed by the Shanghai Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in cooperation with the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and other organizations, and has core intellectual property rights. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the project has invested a total of about 8 million yuan in R&D expenses.

Qingrun Nourishing Granules is a Class 1.1 innovative traditional Chinese medicine independently developed by the company. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, this product has not yet been marketed at home or abroad.
