Lung Fung Group (02290)'s retail sales through retail stores in the first quarter were approximately HK$829 million, up about 21.2% year over year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Longfeng Group (02290) announced its latest operating performance for the three months ended June 30, 2026. During this period, the Group achieved retail sales of approximately HK$829 million through retail stores, an increase of about 21.2% over the same period last year.

On June 30, 2026, the Group operated 31 retail stores, compared to 27 retail stores on June 30, 2025. The increase in the number of retail stores is mainly due to the opening of new stores and the Group's continued expansion of its retail network.

Based on a comparison of the revenue of 25 retail stores (comparable stores), these comparable stores continued to operate during the three-month period ended June 30, 2026 and the previous period compared. The sales volume of comparable stores during this period reached HK$740.5 million, an increase of 10.3% over the same store sales of HK$671 million in the same period last year.

The Board believes that although retail sales in June were affected by several days of rain, the Group's retail sales through retail stores and same-store sales increased during this period, mainly due to increased customer traffic and expanded retail network coverage. The Group will continue to closely monitor market developments and adjust product portfolios, promotion strategies and store operations to further enhance sales performance and operational efficiency.
