Xinyuan Enterprise Group (01748): Liu Dunyu was appointed as CEO

Zhitong Finance App News, Xinyuan Enterprise Group (01748) issued an announcement. Mr. Xu Wenjun and Mr. Lin Shifeng have proposed to resign as executive directors, effective July 20, 2026. The reason is that they each want to spend more time pursuing their personal interests and handling matters. After Mr. Xu resigned as an executive director, he also ceased serving as CEO of the Company, a member of the Board's Remuneration Committee and Strategic Development Committee. After Mr. Lin resigned as an executive director, he also ceased to be a member of the Board's Strategic Development Committee and the Company's Chief Financial Officer.
