Greentech International (00195): Wong Kwok Wai and Leung Shuai Chung appointed as additional independent non-executive directors

Zhitong Finance App News, Greentech International (00195) announced that since July 20, 2026, Mr. Wong Kwok-wai and Mr. Leung Shuai-chung have been appointed as additional independent non-executive directors and joined various committees under the board of directors; the composition of the audit committee, nomination committee and remuneration committee under the board of directors has all changed; Miss Xie Yue has ceased to act as the company's legal representative in accordance with section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited securities listing rules, and Miss Peng Zhihong has been appointed as the company's legal representative in accordance with section 3.05 of the listing rules; and Mr. Hung Yuk Miu no longer acts as the legal representative to receive documents and notices on behalf of the Company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Laws, and Mr. Chow Fai has been appointed as the agent for legal proceedings.
