Huahe Holdings (09938) transferred 75% of the total market value of HK$179 million to transfer 750 million shares from Hong Kong and Shanghai HSBC

The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Huahe Holdings (09938) changed positions on July 20, with a total transfer market value of HK$179 million, accounting for 75%. The company's shareholders transferred 750 million shares to Nanyang Commercial Bank and 750 million shares from Hong Kong and Shanghai HSBC.

Huahe Holdings announced its annual results for the year ended March 31, 2026, with revenue of approximately HK$411 million, a year-on-year decrease of about 14.8%; loss attributable to the owners of the company was HK$5,023 million, which turned profit and loss over the previous year; and a loss of HK0.5 cents per share.
