Notification convening date of the Public Presentation Status : Canceled Reason : The Company has successfully remedied the circumstances that led the Stock Exchange of Thailand to designate its securities with the CB (Business Caution) sign, which resulted from the Thai Bond Market Association (ThaiBMA)'s designation of FP (Failed to Pay) on the JTS254A debentures. The Company convened the Debenture Holders' Meetings No. 1/2026 (Adjourned Meeting) for the JTS254A, JTS272A, and JTS282A debentures on 17 July 2026 to seek a waiver of the default event and debt restructuring. The meeting resolutions approved all agendas as disclosed by the Company. In this regard, ThaiBMA removed the DP sign on the JTS254A debentures on 20 July 2026.
