In terms of optimizing the transportation structure, the focus is on promoting transportation infrastructure renewal and digital transformation. By 2030, about 80,000 kilometers of facility renovation will be implemented, a new round of rural highway upgrading actions will be implemented, and 500,000 kilometers of rural highways will be remodeled. In terms of strengthening system integration, the focus is on improving the integrated transportation system in the modern metropolitan area, implementing projects to improve the efficiency of intercity commuting in the metropolitan area, speeding up the construction of 20 international and 80 national integrated transportation hubs, implementing multimodal transport attacks, breaking through blockages and card points, and striving to promote 1,000 major freight nodes in about 5 years and enhance multimodal transport functions.
