Odiot in Exclusive Talks to Buy French Silversmithing House Lapparra Orfèvre

12:19 AM EDT, 07/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Odiot (MLODT.PA) entered into exclusive negotiations for the potential acquisition of French silversmithing house Lapparra Orfèvre Argentier at 40 euros per share. The Paris-listed French silversmith brand is looking to acquire Lapparra Orfèvre for a total consideration comprising 200,000 euros and 12,500 shares, according to a Monday release. Completion is targeted for Oct. 31, at the latest, subject to customary closing conditions. Odiot said the acquisition is in line with its development strategy and will support its expansion in the sport and competition business area. The talks are being carried out pursuant to a letter of intent signed on July 1.
