According to the news, on July 20, Kefu Healthcare issued an announcement. Based on confidence in the company's future development and recognition of the company's value, in order to effectively maintain the interests of all shareholders of the company, enhance investor confidence, and comprehensively consider factors such as operating conditions, financial situation, future profitability and reasonable valuation level, the company plans to repurchase some of the company's A-shares through centralized bidding transactions. All shares repurchased this time will be cancelled and the company's registered capital reduced.

The repurchase price is no more than RMB 69.66 per share (inclusive), and the total capital to be used for the repurchase is not less than RMB 100 million (inclusive), and not more than RMB 200 million (inclusive). The sources of funding for the current repurchase of A-shares are the company's own funds and special loan funds for stock repurchase. The Changsha branch of China CITIC Bank Co., Ltd. promised to provide the company with special loan support of up to 180 million yuan. The specific loan matters will be subject to the loan agreement signed by the two parties.
