Tianshun Wind Energy (002531.SZ) subsidiary signed a ship construction contract of about 1,884 billion yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Tianshun Feng Energy (002531.SZ) issued an announcement. Recently, a subsidiary of a well-known international shipowner purchased 2+2 113,800 DWT (DWT) crude oil tankers from the company's wholly-owned subsidiary in the offshore sector. The total contract amount was approximately RMB 1,884 million (converted at the exchange rate on the day of signing), of which the total contract amount for the 2 confirmed ships was about 937 million yuan, and the total contract amount for the other 2 optional vessels was about 937 million yuan. Each ship has a total hull length of about 248.8 meters, a width of about 44 meters, and a depth of about 21.5 meters. It will be delivered in batches from 2028 to 2029.

The signing of this agreement marks that the company's shipbuilding capabilities have been further recognized by international customers. It is the first time after FPSO and FSO that the company has undertaken another mainstream core ship type in the high-end offshore ship sector, further improving the company's offshore wind power equipment+oil and gas vessels dual-core offshore business layout.
