Sunshine Paper (02002) subsidiary makes financial leasing arrangements for certain equipment

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Sunshine Paper (02002) announced that on July 21, 2026, Xinmai Paper (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, as the seller and lessee) signed a sales contract and financial lease contract with Haifa Baocheng (as the buyer and lessor). Based on this, Haifa Baocheng has agreed (including) to purchase leased assets from Xinmai Paper at a cost of RMB 160 million; and lease the leased assets to Xinmai Paper during the lease period for a total lease amount of RMB 173 million. Leased assets refer to certain equipment owned by Xinmai Paper and currently stored in the lessee's plant in Changle Economic Development Zone, Weifang City, Shandong Province, China (mainly used for the production of coated white kraft paper).
