The company's shareholders Qi Guirong, Guan Xiaoqing, Huang Guojian, and Xue Shuhua plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding or bulk trading within 3 months of 15 trading days from the date of disclosure of the announcement, totaling no more than 4.75 million shares (inclusive), that is, no more than 1.55% of the company's current total share capital.
