Guangdong-Gangwan Intelligent Computing (01396) subsidiary signs a financial lease agreement with SPDB Financial Leasing

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Guangdong Bay Intelligent Computing (01396) announced that on June 24, 2026, Shenzhen Hongrui (an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) signed a financial lease agreement I with SPDB Financial Leasing. SPDB Financial Leasing agreed to purchase certain IT equipment and supporting equipment from Shenzhen Hongrui at a total purchase price of about RMB 395 million and lease them back to Shenzhen Hongrui. The lease period under each agreement is 62 months. After the relevant lease period expires, Shenzhen Hongrui can purchase the relevant leased assets I at the nominal cost of RMB 1 under each agreement.

On July 21, 2026, Shenzhen Hongrui further signed a financial lease agreement II with SPDB Financial Leasing. SPDB Financial Leasing agreed to purchase certain IT equipment and ancillary equipment from Shenzhen Hongrui at a total purchase price of about RMB 790 million and lease them back to Shenzhen Hongrui. The lease period under each agreement was 62 months. After the relevant lease period expires, Shenzhen Hongrui can purchase the relevant leased assets II at the nominal cost of RMB 1 under each agreement.
