DaxingTech (02543) Elects and Appoints Directors for the 2nd Term Board of Directors

According to Zhitong Finance App, Daxing Science and Engineering (02543) issued an announcement. Since the term of the first board of directors is about to expire, after obtaining the consent of all candidates to accept nominations and being reviewed and approved by the Board Nomination Committee (Nomination Committee), the board of directors decided to nominate the following seven candidates as members of the second board of directors at the board meeting held on July 21, 2026:

—Candidates for executive directors: Dr. Han Dewei, Ms. Li Guiyu, Ms. Liu Guocun and Ms. Li Xiufen.

—Independent non-executive director candidates: Dr. Li Lisheng, Mr. Liu Xuequan, and Mr. Zhao Gensheng.
