Geene 2.0 is jointly developed by Synagie, the Group's flagship digital commerce and technology brand, and 11 founding partners. The partners cover fields of artificial intelligence, data, media, content, commerce and blockchain, including BytePlus, Singdata and Yiwise. The ecosystem links business intelligence to strategy formulation, content creation, customer interaction, business execution, and product verification to drive the application of AI across the entire business value chain with greater transparency, governance capabilities, and trustworthiness.

This launch marks the further extension of Shiteng Holdings' technology strategy from digital commerce operations to the fields of enterprise AI, data intelligence and trusted digital infrastructure. Geene 2.0 is designed for e-commerce, retail, consumer goods and brand-led enterprises seeking to integrate AI into their commercial operations. The platform will be offered as a software as a service and is expected to be officially commercialized from August 8, 2026.

As far as Shiteng Holdings is concerned, Geene 2.0 broadens the Group's market reach, breaks through the scope of traditional digital commerce services, and creates a platform for deeper cooperation with enterprises and brand customers. By integrating AI, data intelligence, content, commercial execution and verification, the Group aims to develop more large-scale enterprise solutions and expand the commercial application of its technical capabilities in Southeast Asia, Greater China and other regional markets.

Ms. Dai Kexin, founder and chairman of the board of directors of Shiteng Holdings, said, “Geene 2.0 marks an important step in the evolution of Shiteng Holdings from digital commerce to corporate AI and trusted digital infrastructure. We believe that the next generation of enterprise AI will be defined not only by intelligence itself, but also by credible execution. By bringing together Synagie and 11 founding partners spanning the fields of data, artificial intelligence, media, commerce and blockchain, Geene 2.0 provides Asian companies with the infrastructure to adopt AI, enabling them to deploy with greater confidence and accountability while achieving measurable commercial results. It also enhances the Group's ability to provide large-scale enterprise solutions, deepen customer cooperation, and support the region's long-term growth.”

Synagie, the flagship e-commerce and technology brand of Shiteng Holdings, has cooperated with the Singapore National Workers' Union (NTUC). Eligible Singaporean companies can use Geene 2.0 with funding from the Corporate Training Committee. The project helps enterprises implement practical AI solutions to help improve production efficiency, optimize decision-making processes, and cultivate employees' technical capabilities, and is in line with NTUC's 3W policy on wages, benefits and work prospects. Synagie is also collaborating with the Singapore Federation of Industrial and Service Employees to help prepare workers with AI skills. The Group plans to work closely with partners in other markets to promote the further popularization and commercialization of Geene 2.0 in the region.
