Jinshi Holding Group issued an announcement. All conditions of the placement agreement have been met, and the placement matters have been completed on July 21, 2026. A total of 143 million placed shares have been allocated and issued to no less than six undertakers at an placement price of HK$0.5456 per placed share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, accounting for approximately 12.18% of the company's issued share capital after the expansion of the placed shares allocated and issued immediately after completion.
