The Zhitong Finance App learned that on the banks of the Huangpu River, the tide of wisdom is surging. From July 17 to 20, the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference and High-Level Conference on Artificial Intelligence Global Governance (WAIC 2026) was grandly opened in Shanghai. With “Intelligent Partners Co-creating the Future” as the core theme, the conference focused on showcasing cutting-edge artificial intelligence innovations and clearly outlining the new development context of the industry: AI technology is deeply rooted in real industry scenarios and continues to implement people's livelihood values. Empowering thousands of industries with digital technology, promoting inclusive sharing of innovative achievements, deepening global artificial intelligence governance collaboration, and exporting China's solutions in the field of digital health has become an industry consensus and core development direction.

As a pioneer in large-scale implementation of medical AI, iFLY Healthcare (02506) closely followed the theme of the conference, unveiled digital intelligence solutions such as Smart Medical Assistant, Medical Imaging Cloud Platform, and the newly upgraded iFLYX Health Management Platform, and launched an all-scene ecological cooperation program, anchoring the core mission of becoming “every doctor's AI diagnosis and treatment assistant, everyone's AI health assistant”, promoting the spread of AI medical capabilities that have undergone large-scale clinical verification, and implemented the development path of artificial intelligence to benefit people's livelihood and share innovative value.

Improving the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment at all levels: building a large model to penetrate hospital grassroots and regional collaboration

The motivation to implement all scenarios stems from iFLYTEK's long-term deep cultivation of clinically rooted technology. Spark Healthcare's big model V3.5, released in June this year, achieved a comprehensive transition in multi-modal capabilities based on the country's production and computing power. Relying on high-quality medical data sets, dual evidence-based thinking chains and cutting-edge algorithm architecture upgrades, it pioneered the practical threshold in multiple professional medical scenarios such as medical record generation and intelligent image report generation. Clinical intelligence capabilities were simultaneously advanced, building strong underlying support for the accuracy, practicality and scenario adaptability of global products.

Based on a unified large model technology base, iFLYTEK has built a full-level medical service system covering all levels of hospitals to primary medical institutions from dimensions such as improved diagnosis and treatment capabilities and regional resource collaboration.

For scenarios related to clinical diagnosis and treatment, iFLYTEK has formed a hierarchical and adaptable product matrix: launched AI Diagnosis and Treatment Assistant 2.0 for hierarchical hospital scenarios, using a multi-agent collaboration model to directly target pain points such as heavy clinical document burden, poor quality control of medical records, and limited perspective on diagnosis and treatment decisions to provide hospitals at all levels with full-process intelligent diagnosis and treatment support; iteratively upgrading intelligent medical assistants for primary care scenarios, continuing to sink standardized diagnosis and treatment capabilities to make up for shortcomings in primary care services. Currently, intelligent medical assistants have covered more than 811 districts, counties, and 77,000 primary medical institutions across the country, providing more than 1.2 billion auxiliary diagnosis suggestions, effectively improving the standardization and accuracy of primary diagnosis and treatment.

At the level of regional resource collaboration, relying on the technological breakthrough of the Spark Medical Big Model V3.5 on the imaging circuit, the medical imaging cloud platform solved industry problems such as regional medical resource imbalance and cross-agency imaging data fragmentation, and truly achieved “one inspection, mutual recognition throughout the region”. The platform has now been accessed by all public medical institutions in Anhui, and a total of 160 million images have been collected; the Guangxi Medical Insurance Video Cloud has now completed nearly 1.09 million cross-hospital image reviews, effectively improving the efficiency of sharing medical resources and the convenience of people seeking medical treatment.

At this year's WAIC site, the iFLYTEK exhibition area focused on presenting a full-link solution from in-hospital diagnosis and treatment to regional collaboration. Among them, the Shanghai implementation of smart medical assistants has covered community hospitals and village health rooms in Jing'an, Xuhui, Changning, Minhang and other districts, and has provided more than 33.35 million auxiliary diagnosis and treatment services, and completed more than 5.89 million standardized electronic medical records; the AI residents' health imaging system based on the underlying technology of the large model is 149 in the pilot area More than 10,000 contracted residents generated dynamic health records throughout the life cycle, and the time required for doctors to access full health data was reduced from 5 minutes to 30 seconds. This grass-roots digital health practice was also used as a benchmark program in China. It appeared at the 79th World Health Assembly theme side event to export China's experience and viable path of inclusive healthcare to the world.

Expanding the National Health Scenario: iFLYTEK Upgrades and Opens Up Ecosystems to Build a New Industrial Pattern

Relying on mature medical AI capabilities that have been clinically proven on a large scale, iFLYTEK has further extended its professional diagnosis and treatment capabilities from hospitals to everyday health scenarios for the entire population. At this conference, the newly upgraded iFLYX Health Management Platform was unveiled, and a full-scene ecological cooperation program was officially launched.

The new Xinfeixiao Medical Health Management Platform fully extends medical-grade AI capabilities to health management scenarios throughout the life cycle, creating hierarchical solutions for different groups: building a software-hardware integrated health management system for grass-roots scenarios; launching a one-stop health management platform for employees; generating an “AI health management plan” based on personal health records for family scenarios, supporting the family's co-management of multiple diseases, and simultaneously providing special services such as traditional Chinese medicine physical identification and customized tea replacement, to achieve a seamless connection of professional medical capabilities from hospital to home.

At present, iFLYX Medical's full life cycle health management capabilities have been fully opened to the public. It can output standardized AI capability modules such as self-examination of symptoms, interpretation of reports, medication inquiries, traditional Chinese medicine identification, health management, etc., and provides a variety of flexible cooperation models to meet the customized implementation needs of partners of different sizes.

At this year's WAIC site, this set of health management capabilities covering the entire life cycle was also open to the audience in the form of a live health hut. Various intelligent testing devices such as the all-in-one health machine, bone density detector, and traditional Chinese medicine four-diagnosis device are fully connected to the iFeixiao Medical Platform to achieve data exchange. After several minutes, AI interpretation reports and medical treatment guidance can be generated by self-service. After data is synchronized in real time, AI interpretation reports and medical treatment guidance can be generated; the traditional Chinese medicine service area relies on AI facial diagnosis and symptom inquiries to complete physical identification, output personalized care and tea replacement plans, and can link Tongrentang traditional Chinese medicine experts to achieve one-stop coverage of traditional Chinese and Western medicine health services.

From the two-way complementation of diagnosis and treatment capabilities and regional collaboration to the ecological expansion of the national health scene, iFLYTEK has fully presented the advanced path of the medical AI industry from technology to products, and from products to ecology at this WAIC. It also confirms the nature of the development of technology that will eventually return to people's livelihood and serve everyday life.

Currently, the integration of artificial intelligence and healthcare has entered the deep-water zone, and technological inclusiveness and ecological win-win are the core directions of industry development. In the future, iFLY Healthcare will continue to focus on the Spark Healthcare model. On the one hand, it will continue to cultivate clinical scenarios, consolidate the technical advantages of diagnosis and treatment, and promote the quality and efficiency of high-quality medical services; on the other hand, it will connect the power of the entire industry chain with an open ecosystem to jointly expand the boundaries and forms of health services, so that the value of artificial intelligence can take root in the clinic diagnosis and treatment scenario and benefit the public's everyday life.
