According to the news, Meilan Airport announced that on July 21, 2026, the company learned that Hainan Airport Facilities Co., Ltd. (controlling shareholder), the controlling shareholder of the Company, has pledged 118,750,000 unlisted domestic shares (pledged shares) of the Company to several banks registered in China as collateral for the controlling shareholder to obtain financing for mergers and acquisitions loans.

As of the date of this announcement, the controlling shareholder directly and through its wholly-owned subsidiaries owned 295,182,587 shares of the Company (equivalent to approximately 62.38% of the Company's issued share capital). The pledged shares are equivalent to approximately 25.09% of the Company's issued share capital at the date of this announcement.
