According to Zhitong Finance App, Laimei Pharmaceutical (300006.SZ) announced that the company and Jiangxi Tianzhihai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tianzhihai Pharmaceutical”) recently signed a “Drug Marketing License Transfer Agreement”. According to the agreement, the company used RMB 28 million to transfer the drug registration approval for the vitamin D2 softgels (Sinopharm standard H36021226, specification 0.25mg (10,000 units), including all packaging specifications and future additional packaging specifications, hereinafter referred to as the “agreed product” and “the subject of the transaction”), all existing commercial and market interests worldwide, and all other rights related to the agreed products (excluding those obtained by Chongqing Laimei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Laimei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. from June 29, 2022 to July 2033 National agency authority for the 12th).
