Since July 23, 2026, Mr. Tan Jiaxi has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company and a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee; and Mr. Chen Jincai has proposed to resign as an independent non-executive director, member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee of the Company.
