Among them, Hebei Langfang, Xingtai, Cangzhou, Hengshui, Shijiazhuang, Heilongjiang, Qiqihar, Hubei, Wuhan, and Jiangsu Suqian, Huai'an, and Yancheng, etc., with the highest rainfall in Hebei. Fangzangtun 227 mm, Huasheng Reservoir in Qiqihar, Heilongjiang 184 mm, East Lake 112 in Wuhan, Hubei mm, 107 mm in Siyang, Suqian, Jiangsu. In terms of water conditions, due to rainfall, super-alert floods occurred in 6 rivers, including the Langxi River, Guyi River, and Pingping River, a tributary of the Liujiang River in Guangxi; the Niuwei River, a tributary of the Beili River in Hebei; and the Chuchang River in the Lixia River region of Jiangsu. The maximum alert range was 2.87 meters. They have all now fallen below the warning level.
