The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Wang Dongxing increased his holdings of Sunshine Paper (02002) by 74,000 shares on July 20, at a price of HK$0.8386 per share, for a total amount of about HK$62,100. After the increase in holdings, the latest number of shares held was approximately 344 million shares, and the latest shareholding ratio was 32.30%.

The deal involved parties: Wu Rong, Shi Weixin, and Wang Changhai.

Additional Information: Under section 318 of the SFO, Mr. Wang Dongxing is considering to be in the 3,840,000 shares of China Sunshine Paper Holdings Co. Ltd. held by Mr. Wang Changhai.
