McCormick Plans Secondary Listing in London After Unilever Food Business Deal

(MCX.F) intends to seek a secondary listing on the London stock exchange after it closes its planned acquisition of the foods business of Unilever (ULVR.L, UNA.AS). McCormick, which will retain its primary stock listing on the New York Stock Exchange, said Thursday that the secondary listing will facilitate capital flows and enhance overall liquidity for shareholders. The proposed transaction is expected to close by mid-2027.
