According to Zhitong Finance App, Greentown China (03900.HK) issued an announcement, effective July 23, 2026: The following persons have resigned from their respective positions: Mr. Liu Chengyun has resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, ESG Committee and Risk Control Committee, member of the Remuneration Committee and other positions in the Group; and Mr. Geng Zhongqiang has resigned as acting CEO of the company. Mr. Geng Zhongqiang remains an executive director.
