Greentech International (00195): The offer price of each offered share will be raised to HK$0.55

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Greentech International (00195) announced that the offender has decided to revise part of the takeover offer. According to this, the offer price of each offered share will be raised from HK$0.40 to HK$0.55. This is equivalent to an increase of HK$0.15 per offered share. Other than the increase in the offer price, the other terms of the full takeover offer remain unchanged. The largest number of shares offered under the partial takeover offer is still 230 million offered shares, and the total cash price to be paid by the offeror to eligible shareholders under the partial takeover offer is HK$126.5 million.
